Actually, this has been addressed several times. Use the search feature of this site and check the FAQ section. You may have to dig a little, but there
is an answer floating around here somewhere.
Also, the reason HTML is not allowed here is for security reasons. It's to easy for spammers and script kiddies to do bad things with some basic HTML.
