Can anyone tell me how and where to 'hack' / modify the code in the myReviews module to pull the submitter id to the uid in the xoops_user table so that I can display the user who submitted the review at the bottom of the review description? Thank you.

Its easier just to modify the submission template to say "Make sure to include your name and -email" or something along those lines. Just go to the templates editor. Make sure you generate a secondary set of templates just so you always have the original to work with.
