How do i transfer xoops files from one web server to another.

In other words i was hosting XOOPS on http://www.shangrilala.co.uk but im now going to be hosting it on http://www.shanri-la-la.co.uk.
I want to keep all my content from the old site and transfer it to the new one.

So far ive successfully installed XOOPS at -la-la.co.uk and ive downloaded all the files from lala.co.uk to my computer.
Is it as simple as uploading again? I think not because of database details being different.
Time for Unity everyone.
