My webhosts. Only work office hours it seems.
Damn!
Ive sent them a support ticket.
Think they need to reset my server to a fresh one with new databases init.
Thanks for the help.

Ive created a new databasw but phpmyadmin isn't seeing it. When i try to create a database using phpmyadmin it tell me i can't!
Ive removed XOOPS from my server cos i cant see it working!
Unless you can make it work for me?

Have your host make you a new database... this problem is not related to xoops... when you get the new database working, i'm sure there will be people willing to help you get XOOPS installed

You have Fedora running so make sure you follow instructions on how to setup MySQL and phpmyadmin

Fedora 1, 2, 3
Fedora 4

After that you'll be able to install XOOPS

Hey coudn't of done it with out you. Congrats to everybody at XOOPS for being so on it!
Haven't found a CMS that compares to be honest.
The only cms i found that compared to XOOPS cost 35000 a year.
It seems that XOOPS is as good as CMS can get without the charges.
