webpage is wigging out, please help!

I'm not sure what happened but my page is down, I am getting the following message

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/www/t/texasrotary/htdocs/class/xoopssecurity.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php4/lib/php') in /www/t/texasrotary/htdocs/include/common.php on line 32

please help!!

okay,m now I'm just getting a blank page. I've tried searching but I'm still struggling here, I'm very new to XOOPS and php etc., can someone help a brotha' out?
