How do I upload a new theme

Can anyone point me to a guide or manual that will show me how to upload the new theme that I just downloaded.

Thank you for your help.

1. Copy the theme you want to use to the /themes folder.

2. Go into Admin Preferences Main »» General Settings

3. 8th option down "Default theme" select your new theme

4. Select "yes" to Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory.

5. Select your theme in the "Selectable themes".

Thats it.
