Can't Access my Systems Module anymore....

So, I was just updating some blocks this morning and fine and dandy it was. Now I got a new Guestbook mod ready to be installed and when I went to the "Portal Administration" link in my user menu, the "System" Module was not there. Instead, "Partners" was where System should be. What happened???

Is there a way I can get it back with out re-installing the entire site?
