Custom Blocks disappeared

I am running 2.0.13 on 12 sites, all but one are able to display custom blocks. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

If so any ideas?

I've also noted that themes which work on my other sites, seem not to work on this same problem site.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Check CHMOD 777 for cahe, templates_c and uploads folders and empty templates_c

Also clone default template from system admin ( templates )

Make sure your permissions are set correctly so that different groups are permitted to view them
