New theme dosent work.

I know this have been asked before and i have checked and followed the faq.
But I still cant seem to change my themes. I have installede 1 extra and tryed to switch between the standart ones. I keep getting the same theme.

I have changed the preference as the Faq said.
I have cleared my cache.
I have tryed in IE and mozilla.
I have deleted everything but the indexfile in template_c

What do i do now ?

When i set the Theme selection block on my page and choose the theme from there, it changes...

Wierd.
