When it redirects to index2.php, appears this error:

Problem solved.. I changed permissions of Counter.DAT for 777

But when I try to view news:

can someone post an english explanation of how this works etc?

does it reformat existing data? how much is required to modify the data or is it automatic?

is there an install step by step guide?

For forums does it allow you to post data via wap etc?
