Is there any module which has the following features, or is it able to be built ?

1. Basic functions like wf-section
2. Upload capability for images (not the imagemanager). Every article becomes its own folder with name the articles title.
3. Spotlight image which is displayed in the index page
4. Summary that is posted with every article and is available on a block with the image of the article
5. Block with only an image of the article
