Where is Koivi?

I have downloaded both XOOPS Editor framework packages on dev.xoops.org. Both have a Koivi folder (with differing contents) but neither have any documents explaining how to install it.

Can someone tell me where I can download the latest Koivi editor with installation documents

Thank you *so* much bwoods01. I searched everywhere for Koivi. Probably because every new module still refers to it as Koivi (an unusual and memorable name). I suspect lots of people will be searching for Koivi - probably as I write.
