Hey,

Im using XOOPS 2.0.10
With PHP 2.51

So after failing to get users to stay logged in with the session and auto-login hack I now have the valid token expired error

I have read the FAQ and forum posts on it and have had 0 luck.

Its a real problem as no members can sign up and I can make no changes.

The one thing I did do around the time this occured was make the session time 9999999, I read this may be a negative number and cause there to be no session time.

I really need help as my site is at a stand-still with updates and members.

The problem is when someone tells me to run a query in PHP I get a page and have no idea whatsoever I am looking and what to do with it. So please explain fully.

Any help is greatly appreciated and really needed,
Thanks.

Dean

Have you tried disableing the custom session? And did you use the current autologin hack for version 2.0.10?

Not exactly sure what the problem is as I do not have the error on my site.

Hey,

I cant disable the custom session because when I submit anything in admin it wont let me due to this error.

Thats the problem is I cant edit anything in admin or in my profile.

I used the latest autologin for 10 on the xoops.biz site.

I really need help though,
Dean

That doesn't look like a PHP version number.

Try changing the session time to 30.

If you can't do this from the XOOPS control panel, change it in the database: In table xoops_config, find row with conf_modid = 0 and conf_name = "session_expire", and change conf_value to "30".
