Text truncation?

Hi folks.

Why does XOOPs like to truncate text and put a "..." at the end? Is there a setting I can change somewhere to stop/modify this behavior?

I'm assuming your refering to titles and teaser info?

If it is the titles of "Recent News" it takes the setting for how many characters to display. You can change this in the blocks section for how long you it to be.

I'm not sure how to get rid of the "..." but I'm sure it is a simple edit of the file.
