Hi,

We and other members faced problem with my XOOPS website . If we want to login with our id sucessfully we must enter my id and password at least 2 times.
The first time, when we entered my id and pass they show error " your id is not correct..." then the second times, we put id and pass again but the case it is accepted.

Please help me how to solve the case. Our member feel unconfortable if they took a lot of time b4 login my website...

This is indeed a really wierd situation,
Hum, Are you sure it always says wrong password?

I couldn't find the link but I remember that if I added www to my url that cured the problem.

Go to your root directory and find mainfile.php and change change the permission to 755. Then add the changes to your url. Also, you will probally need to go and update the module in your controll panel. (system admin>preferences>general settings).
