Convert IPB2 to IPB1.3?

Hi I have an original IPB 2 website. Since i would like to transfer the users and forum topics into xoops, the only way I see doing this would be to use Koudanshi's X-IPB 1.4ha module.
The only problem is that the only converted available for the module is from the original IPB 1.3.

So if i can convert IPB2 into IP1.3, i can then convert the IP1.3 into X-IPB1.4 module.

Any hints, solutions and comments welcome
