Help with UTF-8?

I'm from cambodia! i changed XOOPS to my Laguage with unicode utf-8 but when i open it .It's not Automatically
with Unicode utf-8.Any one help me how can i do it ??

Hi kanelit,

Edit global.php file:
yoursite.com/language/YOURLANGUAGEFOLDER/global.php

Search about:
//%%%%%        LANGUAGE SPECIFIC SETTINGS   %%%%%
define('_CHARSET', 'ISO-8859-1');
define('_LANGCODE', 'en');


Change ISO-8859-1 to your language charset and change langcode too.

You may need to edit php.mailer as well (but I cannot remember the exact file) - if you search under my posts, I replied to a post on this matter recently
