Hi,
I have configured XOOPS 2.0 and during use of Poll module would like to share my observations. I created a poll and when a user cost his/her vote it is not allowing to cost again which is good but what if I can view results before costing my vote. I mean it should not be allowed to view result before costing your vote and if you view the result then you should not be allowed to cost the vote.

Is there any possibility of disabling result so when the polling date will end it should display result. I have certain requirements because I am using XOOPS on LAN so users are sitting very close to each other so I son't want to display result and my requirement is also as in the above thread.

Yes, it can be done due to changing code. Please tell me, which version of XOOPS do you have, and then I'll prepare changed code of this mod. :)

Hi,
I am using XOOPS 2.0.10 Stable and want to have option like only show the result when the poll will be expired. So this will be the day when users can view the result.

The poll version is,

This is very close to my requirement but it has some issues like, after expiration it should show results but it still displays message that,

Cannot view results while in Election mode.

Now I have to manually disable Election mode but what if I have more than 1 polls with different expiry date so when I will disable election to show the results of one will show the results of all.

So my requirement is to show the results after expiry date without admin intervention.

I got it by setting in the Poll block and it is working fine. I am using Blind Poll.
