What module can a person use To : Instead of redirecting Trafick or users from your website , but rather keep them on your website , by Displaying the (linked) or Other website in your Own Websites Frame , Center Block ?

The default XOOPS Links module, MyLinks, already comes equipped with this, you just have to enable it via
Admin > Links > Preferences.

The more functional WebLinks module also has this feature. You can find this advanced links module @ http://linux2.ohwada.net/
