news 1.3 - cannot create a topic

Ok here is the problem, i got news 1.3 and it works all good i got 6 topics and i can make another one but when i go to post the news i dont see the new topic that i made, its not there. But it actually exists, coz i can see it in the topics category.

Does any1 know how to fix this problem?

check the group permission in news/admin/groupperms.php
pay attention there are 3 forms

thanks a lot it worked i did that with all other topics but i did it ages ago so i forgot that i had to do that.
