Actually I think you are in a wrong place to look for a full time and paid job. Actualy you as most others around here have full time jobs but non-paid ( I mean Xoops).

Theres been several projects asked for over quite a while, that perhaps - if you where interested in doing - funds could be raised together from interested people to do?

* Shops modules - some projects have been mentioned recently, which I'm sure will be fine when completed, but an implementaion of OSCommerce or Zen-Cart is definately needed...

* Membership module - again, others have been discussed, and started, but a module to allow different payment gateways, group changing, tracking of payments, reversal of group types upon expiry etc is another essential.

As I have said, some of these have been started, but people are still in great need of them.... more than one variation would give more choice
