WF-downloads problem

Hi guys,

I have question dont know if you have the same problem with me before. I have downlaoded WF-downloads 2.05a

Everything is going very well except Admin & Users can not upload files from the WF-downloads section.
It's always said ...
Errors Returned While Uploading
MIME type not allowed: image/gif

If the page does not automatically reload, please click here

As a admin I can upload files inside Admin control panel.

Remember I have change my configure so Users can upload the files.

Check the mime type has been added for these file types.

and set the permissions for users to upload under permissions and preferences...
