Problem with Blocks.

I am trying to load Blocks into a new site. The blocks load fine For Registered users but I cannot get them to show up for anonymous users. I am assuming anonymous users would be all users?

Anyway, when I go to the Blocks administration area and in the drop down menu on the top pull up anonymous users in the Group area then add a block it only adds it to the Registered User list, i.e., if doesn’t even show up in the Anonymous User Group.

Any help on the issue would be greatly appreciated…

Go to the blocks and select both registered and unregistered by holding shift down on the options.

I do not see "Options" antwhere?

I tried this in the "Group" Dropdown and it did not work...

Please,,,, what am I missing here?

System admin -> groups -> edit anonymous users

tick off the blocks you want to be visible. The drop-down in Blocks Admin is just a filter
