The wellknown line which opens in a gray box at the top of the page, when log in.

Or, if you want to enter a module your not allowed in.

I only got a problem, which I can't seem to solve.
The text is white. So white text on a gray background is UNreadable.

Could someone please give me the answer where I can change it into black?

Go to templates in admin, then to system and select system_redirect.html. This is the html that is displayed. change anything you want there.
