Help I Can't log in to module admin area???????

Hey guys,
when I get into the module in admin area I see the following in URL line::
/modules/system/admin.php?fct=modulesadmin
with "Done" in the status bar of explorer.Nothing appears on the page.Of course there is my site name before the slash.I couldn't find what is the problem.All the files are present and I haven't touched the database.
please somebody help me or at least give me some hint.

If the page is blank and white, enable PHP debug mode to view the errors. System Admin - preferences - General Settings to enable debug mode.

If this is not what you are seeing, then more information is needed to help you.

Hey jdseymour,
first of all thank you .I fixed the problem.Few lines of code were missing in moudulesadmin.php.I got the new file and it started working.But how can some of the code disappear from a file.I haven't touched it at all.
Any way everything is going well till this point.
If any problem i will surely ask you guys.you guys are too cool.
