Have you turned on PHP Debug? If so, what errors are you getting?

This is the default forum "built-in". I am able to go to the forum as a normal user but as an admin I can not create forums. I foolowed this in the FAQ but it seems wrong

1. - If you can get to admininstration menu, go to Preferences, select 'Main', and find the section on debugging options. Choose "PHP Debugging"

There is no debug options under Main. Am I lost?

Admin menu -> System Module -> Preferences -> General Settings

in there is the Debug options.

I am not sure what to do with this information but if you can point me where to start RTFM'ing I will be happy to do the legwork myself. :)

Thanks

Re: Unable to add forums

Look for "register_long_arrays" in the PHP Manual on INI settings

That solved it. Thank you for the (patient) feedback and direction.

I am reading the PHP manual.
