look at it, www.fragrate.r8.org i think the middle is kind of squished, is there a way to stretch it just a little?

You could do with a theme that is not fixed, or dont have any thing on the right hand side.

Depends on where the witdh('s) is/are declared. Experiment with changeing the width of different classes/id's in your .css and theme.html

The best way to learn is to experiment.
