xcgal - member cannot chose category?

hi..i got this problem, try to solve it but dont know how

my member cant chose cateogry when try to upload picture in xcgal...only webmaster can chose the cateogry

pls help and thanks in advance

or maybe someone can tell me a better solution beside xcgallery...been work hard on it..suddenly..it got problem like this....= (

how bout xoopgallery...does it support let member chose the gallery they want to upload?

any suggestion will be appreciate
