footer and header in admin section

I am trying to change the footer and headers in the ADMIN section, but without much joy, i have tried changing them in the MySQL database, but with no joy, can some one pls help me.

Hi

If you want to customize a bit your admin area you must edit the "include/cp_functions.php" file.

Is that what you?re looking for?
