and when I go into templete_C

I get
%%02^022^02212AC4%%db%3Amyalbum_topten.html.php 2 k 644
%%02^02F^02FB49F8%%db%3Amyalbum_header.html.php 0 k 644
%%12^12D^12DC9F60%%db%3Amyalbum_imagemanager.html.php 7 k 644
%%1A^1A7^1A727310%%db%3Asystem_block_online.html.php

all those file names shown like that.. Any idea what is going on with them?

I think you are in the wrong folder

There should be no need for you to go into the template_c folder via your web browser.

The headers/theme html code is in /themes/{theme name}/theme.html
