Moving data and users to another URL

I´m so happy with this great XOOPS CMS system. It´s the best I´ve ever seen. :)

Now my questions.

I have a subdomain....where XOOPS is installed and running. Now i want to move the hole site to a new domain.....is that possible (for a beginner !!)

I would like to move the data in the database AND also all the registered users and thier passwords so they don´t have to register again. Is that possible ??
