Is there a module or hack that will create a hyperlink automatically based on what the user types?

For example, if a use typesamazon.com in a forum, or post, is there a way to make XOOPS post it as a link to amazon.com?

If you just put the www in front of amazon.com it will. Like www.amazon.com. Is that what you are asking?

Yeah, but I was hoping for a way to specify a url, because I'm sneaky that way - so that it would link to - for example - my affiliate code on amazon.com.
