Can't log into Administrator page

Hi,
I just download and install the newest version of XOOPS. Installation went smooth, I can log into the frontend but when I click on Administration menu or any other options I got this error " You don't have right to access this area" anyone know what causes it? I'm logging in using administrative username and password that I created during installation. Thankyou
