Custom block will do it.

Post the code you are trying OR more information & I'll try and help you out.

go to SystemAdmin>Blocks
Scroll dow until you see custom block.
Fill in the items down to content
In the content box:
{X_SITEURL}yourimagefolder/yourimagefile.extention
EG:
{X_SITEURL}images/this.jpg

{X_SITEURL}images/this2.jpg

{X_SITEURL}images/this3.jpg

OR click the little picture to the left of the one that says manager and enter images in that way.

OR use image manager to upload and insert your images.

Choose HTML for content type.

In SystemAdmin>Groups, make sure you allow permissions for the Custom Block (you just created) for the groups you wish to be able to view it.

In SystemAdmin>Blocks make sure it (your custom block) is visible and place it where you want it.

If you are still having problems, I suggest you read THIS
