Feel quite ancient now with a site running on XOOPS 2.0.7 and which I am well pleased with
Is there a patch to upgrade for my version or am I better off with a fresh install

You would need to first upgrade to 2.0.9.2, then to 2.0.10.

I just upgraded to 2.0.10 without any troubles.

That was a smooth upgrade to 2.0.9.2 Thanks Xoopsters
not really sure what all those security improvements mean in
2.0.10 so i may stick with my new xooper patched version for a while
lol
