I've noticed that pretty often when I try to access my forums, I get error 500 - internal server error. The problem only appears when I try to access the posts themselves, there is no problem with displaying the list of topics.

I host with GoDaddy.com. I contacted them, and they said they need to know exactly what the forums are trying to do.

How can I fix this problem or contact newbb2 creators?

Please help me...

Turn on MySQL debug and get it to cause an error. Save the output for your support.

Just did it. When there is error 500, no MySQL debuging available, but when it loads, everything looks normal.

It should still be something on their end, I believe. Check the other debug options, but I think the error is with the server config.
