Installed latest version of Xoops.

Added Downloads module and am having problem with it being listed in the menu when not logged in as Admin.

i.e. if I am logged in, menu shows Downloads, if not logged in, it does not.

I have searched and searched to find an option to make it visible. Tried blocks, modules, preferences etc etc and no luck.


So hope someone can help, thanks!

did you try "groups"?

Edit the anonymous group and give them module access
