When I install Xoops, it says at the end:

I then hit next, and my site is blank. I have viewed the FAQ, but none of that helps.

Does the user that you have connect to the database have full rights to MySQL. It could be that there are no rights to create. Double check that the user has full rights.

If you look in MySQL database, the tables are not there?
