I'm trying to install the gallery module and when it goes through the setup process the following is the last part displayed:

Added block access right. Block ID: 16 Group ID: 1

Added block access right. Block ID: 16 Group ID: 2
Failed to execute xoops_module_install_xoopsgallery

Module Gallery installed successfully.

Why does it say "Failed to execute..." at the last part? I've tried to redownload/install the module, but it keeps giving the same error. Do I need to worry about this?

Dead module. Deleting it.
