System pages and Block Visibility?

I noticed that there seems to be only one way to control what blocks are visible in system pages, by toggling on "All Pages" in the blocks "Visible In" field.

I want system pages such as View Account, Edit Account, Notifications and Inbox to have their own unique blocks that are not visible in any other modules. Is there any way to achieve this?
