Help with Pro2 Theme please

I put this under theme help and no one seems to go in there, so I am posting it here.

Howdy, I just want to know one small thing.

What is generating that little box at the bottom of the middle column that is pink in the default theme. I'm trying to get rid of it, but I cannot figure it out. I'm using a modified version on ascendministries.org, but I can't seem to get rid of the little box. Thank you in advance.

It appears to be expecting some content in there. I'm not sure how you would remove it, though. If you view the site in Mozilla and have the extension installed that allows you to view ID & class details, you can see that it's in the id="content" div, which is where your news, forum etc would normally go.

Ok, I'm ready to give up. I've looked at everything. I think you are right. It does seem to be expecting something there. For instance, if you go to any other page, it only shows one box with whatever content is there. But on the front page only, it shows whatever content you load, PLUS this little box. I've tried XOOPS customs blocks, module blocks. Everything.

Someone must surely know what to do with this box. Is there a way for me to cheat the menus so that the home page does not load, and takes you to a custom page, generated by cjaycontent? The Board of Directors page is generated that way.

I can't understand why it generates this empty space only for the front page.

In the top where it has you log in or register, for some reason this is all coming up Italian on my copy of Pro2 but the rest is English. Is there some simple way of fixing this that I am missing, or do I have to go into the pro theme html and just edit whatever in there?

I have gone into the sys admin preferences general, and it is already set to English. It is only that one line of links under the header section.

I can't see this "little box".
Maybe that is the place for banners.
You are free to delete it in theme.hmtl

Btw,open theme.html and replace as follows

I have just one other question about this theme if you wouldn't mind - When I scroll over any of the buttons or links for instance- in the forum section- specifically so that you know what I'm talking about, if I was going in to post something, all of the option buttons such as B for bold or I for italic, when you scroll over any of these they are displaying the alternate in a foreign language.. is there a way to fix this by chance?
