How do I get a second menu on the side like xoops.org's development and documentation menu's. I have tried using several other modules like wfsection but can't seem to find where in the module to do this and would like more than one menu if possible. Want a menu that has some module links it it and maybe some external links but something that is very customizable.

What does xoops.org use and is there anything better?

You could try MultiMenu by the Wolfactory. The current version is 1.7.
