i cant see users details in admin area

hi,
when a user registers in my page, i want to see his/her details in system admin area. but when i select user in edit user, i cant see the details.All field are empty, i can only see e-mail and user name. is there a solution? Or how can i see the other information about users ?

The username and email address is probably all that the user filled in. It's normally all the information that I give too

No, i registered as another user and filled all the area, but in admin area i couldnt see the other info. only name and mail. Please help me !!Quote:
