Here's a really nice news site. to read it in English, select the English version in the right-hand corner.

My question is whether it's a Xoop or Post Nuke site?

as you note index.asp, so it is not a nuke site either.

it is wrtten in asp code (Active Server Pages) XOOPS and nuke use php code

Yeah, that asp. I'm not even paying attention.

But it looks so much like a a XOOPS or Nuke site.

Do we have any themes like it?
