Hey,

I've read the forums over and over. I tried installing a theme but everything when blank. Through my searching on this site, it all comes down to xoops_config. Which I don't seem to have? Can anyone help me, I just wanna keep the whole site at one theme.

you can use phpmyadmin to access your database. you will find a table xoops_config assuming you have used xoops_ as a prefix. browse this table and find theme... you should see the theme name you updated to. simply replace with default and save new config.

I don't see "xoops_config". I am so lost

this is odd, not sure why its not there.

Is there a way I can create one?

you could using php myadmin, but i am not sure this is the way to go. hopefully someone else will weigh in on this post.
