I installed XCGal for a second time and no matter what I do I cannot add a new album. So I can create categories but not albums. Somehow I cannot switch into admin mode. So I am stuck in user mode and I cannot add albums. How can I fix this...?

ALSO:
I reinstalled XOOPS just to make sure and re-downloaded the xcgal module and re-uploaded it, then installed from modules in administration/modules. Same problem

Also:
I do not have a firewall enabled when I'm doing this and when I did, it didn't give this problem. This just started.
