Great forum, Im a web host looking for info that will increase the quality of my service. Currently hosting 1000+

Space, bandwidth, processing power and support. We only seem to get a one sided view here, but I see a lot of cases where hosts tell customers who are consuming too much resources to get it fixed with very short, and even sometimes no notice. Also perhaps center yourselves aroudn a partiular CMS and offer support for it on a pay for use basis.
