I saw this at a Community, the user can upload their own picture(any kaind auf Images) for the voting. User cant vote the images between 1 and 6. The ranking can be shown in a rankinglist.

So, what is your question? Are you looking for such modules. Could you provide us a link to the site you saw this?

I started on such a module but didn't get far. see thisthread. Please note the download URL is dead :)

XCgal has this feature 1-5 stars and users can upload based on admin prefs.
