On My Dev Site I have an attempt at a Chronicles theme. Still could do with some work, though.

the XOOPS theme here on this site called gold is similar in layout i think. a exchanging of colors and background images may be all that needs, but not sure.

Just to be clear when I said "still needs some work" I didn't mean that I am actively working on it

Doesnt seem you have the chronicles theme that you have started availale for download on your site. Can you post the files to be downloaded?
