where is
"tell a friend" module user permission option ?

my users can't use this module in news...

It would be under System Admin - Groups - select and modify the desired group.

Xoops admin panel > Groups > Members group

But no in "tell friend" module option here ??

i'm reinstalled module but no in module option...
i'm re download and re install module but no in this options group permission...

It should be under module access rights.
